Hand in hand to get rid of the ‘technology dependence’

  Facing the major national demand for urban security, Tsinghua Hefei Hospital rises to the challenge and establishes a laser sensing chip R&D center in early 2022, unites the national advantageous resources such as Ningbo Yuanxin Optoelectronics and Beijing Chen'an Science and Technology to carry out the R&D of laser sensing special chips and high-end sensors, and creates an integrated innovation system of production, academia, research and application, so as to provide the independent control of core technology for urban security and the upgrading of the urban security industry with the “Tsinghua Power”.



Urban safety construction has a ‘safe chip’

  At the beginning of this year, Weihua Guo,  Songfeng Yin team successfully developed 1653nm methane detection laser chip and high sensitivity sensors, laser chip yield, linearity, edge mode suppression ratio, laser methane detection sensor sensitivity, accuracy, environmental adaptability have reached the industry's high level, the first batch of more than 10,000 sets of chips in the province's demonstration of the application will become a guardian of the 80 million people's safety city lifeline of the loyal “Sentinel”.



Hefei Tsingsensor Technology Co. , Ltd. incubated by Hefei Public Safety Research Institute of Tsinghua University, officially landed, marking the independent research and development of “safety core” officially entered the industrialization stage.
